Pea Shoots
Flavor: Sweet, crisp with a subtle pea flavor
Pea shoots are the green, tendrils of the pea plant with delicate rounded leaves. They make a great base for salads and smoothies and add a fresh bite to sandwiches, summer rolls, seafood and meat dishes.
Benefits: One cup of pea microgreens can provide up to 45% of an adult’s recommended daily Vitamin C and are one of the best vegetable sources of protein. Broccoli
Flavor: Tender leaves and stem with fresh subtle broccoli taste

Raddish
Flavor: Zesty fresh just like raddish
A natural beauty for garnishes and adds a delicious "kick" to meat and seafood dishes.
Benefits: Studies have shown that radish microgreens provide multiple crucial medical benefits due to their rich nutritional components and can help detoxify and cleanse the body.

Micro Salad Mix
Flavor: A harmonious flavor-packed blend with hints of pepper
Contents: 5-Part Salad Mix (Blue Curly Kale, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi, Broccoli, Arugula, Red Acre Cabbage).
An easy way to elevate a salad or add a fresh twist to soups and sandwiches.

Arugula

Wheatgrass
Wheatgrass is one of the the most common microgreens used for juicing. Known as “liquid gold,” one oz of wheatgrass juice is equal to nutrition of 1.5 pounds of green veggies.
8 ounces of wheatgrass will make approximately 4 ounces of juice.
Flavor: Intense sweetness with a mild bitter aftertaste
Benefits:
Wheatgrass juice contains all eight essential amino acids and is packed with a variety of benefits including being antibacterial, antiseptic and improving respiratory function. It also contains antioxidants which prevent cell damage and fight off cancer cells and is one of the best sources for living chlorophyll which reduces inflammation, detoxes, and can aid weight loss.
Storing fresh wheatgrass juice:
1. Pour your fresh wheatgrass juice into an ice cube tray.
2. Freeze for 4 hours or until the cubes are frozen solid.
3. Pop out the frozen wheatgrass juice cubes and place them in a freezer container and seal it airtight.
4. Store the container in the freezer for up to 6 months and only thaw the serving amount as needed.
*Wheatgrass is gluten-free.

Spicy Mustard
Flavor: A bold mustard flavor with a wasabi like spice
Great to use in spring rolls, on sandwiches or in a stir-fry.
Benefits: Vitamins A, C, K, E, B6, fiber, folate, manganese, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and copper. Mustard microgreens contain high levels of antioxidants, are high in fiber, and can help detoxify your liver and blood.
